* Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
Businesses must ensure that the person registering has authority to bind the organization.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
* Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
* All activities conducted under your account
* Updating your information when necessary
Bookly.ac reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Services Provided
Bookly.ac provides an online booking and appointment management system that may include:
* 24/7 online booking pages
* Automated email and SMS reminders
* Payment collection and deposit features
* Client management dashboard
* Analytics and reporting tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
Bookly.ac offers different subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
5.2 Payment Terms
* Subscription fees are billed in advance
* Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
* Failure to pay may result in account suspension
5.3 Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
* Use the platform for illegal activities
* Misrepresent your services to clients
* Upload harmful code or attempt to breach system security
* Collect client data for unlawful purposes
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with their clients.
7. Payments Between Users and Clients
Bookly.ac may integrate with third-party payment providers. We are not:
* A bank
* A payment processor
* Responsible for disputes between Users and their Clients
All refunds, cancellations, and service disputes must be handled directly between the User and their Client.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws when collecting client information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, design elements, and features on Bookly.ac are owned by Bookly.ac.
Users may not:
* Copy or resell the platform
* Reverse engineer the software
* Use our branding without written permission
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to their booking pages.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Bookly.ac is not liable for:
* Internet outages
* Hosting disruptions
* Third-party service failures
* Force majeure events
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookly.ac shall not be liable for:
* Loss of profits
* Loss of business opportunities
* Indirect or consequential damages
* Data loss beyond reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the preceding three months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
* You violate these Terms
* You fail to pay subscription fees
* Your activity poses legal or reputational risk
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookly.ac from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
* Your use of the Platform
* Your services provided to clients
* Your violation of these Terms
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
