This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all users of Bookly.ac.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Bookly are non-refundable.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, Bookly does not provide refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for:

• Unused subscription time

• Downgrades

• Service interruptions

• Account inactivity

• User cancellation before the billing cycle ends

By subscribing to Bookly, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final.

2. Subscription Billing

Bookly operates on a recurring subscription billing model.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

• No further charges will be applied

• Access may be downgraded or restricted after the subscription expires

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Bookly support first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
